Refund policy

We will accept your exchange as long as ALL of the following apply:

  1. Piece is damaged or defective.
  2. Return is requested within 5 days of delivery (returned package must be postmarked).
  3. The merchandise must be returned unused, in it’s original condition and include the original packaging.
  4. Merchandise is not a sale or clearance item. 

All exchanges are subject to a return shipping fee, paid for by the buyer. Shipping costs are refunded if there has been an error with the order. We will process your exchange within 5 business days of receiving the package. 

When returning items, it is recommended that you add insurance and tracking to your package. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages.  

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces.
